Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted drawings, documents, and deliverables within the agreed timelines.
The content, designs, drawings, documents, branding, and materials provided by 3004 Engineering Consultancies remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
3004 Engineering Consultancies shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including governmental approvals, utility authority processes, force majeure events, or third-party actions.
